REGIONAL PAY DISCLAIMER
*$1,700 weekly pay applies to Regional drivers who remain available and eligible for dispatch
throughout their scheduled work period and comply with company policies and dispatch
requirements. The $1,700 weekly rate covers up to 2,800 miles per qualifying week. Miles
driven over 2,800 during a qualifying week are paid at an additional $0.60 per mile. Weekly pay
may be prorated for missed work, unapproved
HOUSTON LOCAL FLATBED PAY DISCLAIMER
*$1,700 weekly pay applies to Houston Local Flatbed drivers who remain available and eligible
for dispatch throughout their scheduled work period and comply with company policies and
dispatch requirements. Weekly pay may be prorated for missed work, unapproved time off or
periods when the driver is unavailable for dispatch. $150 tarp pay is additional compensation for
qualifying loads requiring tarping and is subject to applicable company pay policies. Additional
terms may apply.
PTO DISCLAIMER
Eligible drivers receive one 6- consecutive-calendar-day PTO period after completing 9 months
of continuous employment. The PTO period is paid as one regular $1,700 base-pay week AT A
RATE OF $283.00 per PTO day. PTO eligibility, scheduling, approval, use, carryover and
separation provisions are governed by Steel Bloom’s applicable PTO policy and applicable law.
SIGN-ON BONUS DISCLAIMER
The $2,500 Southern Regional sign-on bonus is paid over the driver’s first six months and is
subject to eligibility, continued employment and applicable Steel Bloom bonus-program terms.
DRIVER QUALIFICATION NOTICE
Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment. Final eligibility is subject to
Steel Bloom’s complete driver-qualification process, applicable DOT requirements, company
hiring standards, customer requirements and insurance approval.
